Members' Festive Shopping Week 2023 terms and conditions

General

  • All offers are valid between Monday 6 November and Sunday 12 November 2023, unless otherwise stated, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
  • Offers at the Rooftop Restaurant are offered at the discretion of Benugo, and may be withdrawn at any time. All information correct at time of publication.

Shopping Discount

  • 15% shop discount for Members valid in-store 6–12 November 2023, upon presentation of a valid Ashmolean Membership Card.
  • 15% shop discount for Members online 6–12 November 2023 at shop.ashmolean.org can be obtained by using code 15MEMBERSWEEK23 at checkout.
  • Members shopping week discount excludes alcohol, limited edition Conway Stuart pens, Postage & Packaging, and Print on Demand orders, unless specified. Discount codes can be used in conjunction with sale prices and offers.
  • The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including Members, student and staff discount. In cases where there are multiple offers the higher discount will be applied.
  • Free UK shipping for orders over £50 is calculated after discounts have been applied to the total order value.

Members' Week gift

  • One free gift is available per Member, and is available for free (while stocks last) with a purchase of £10 at the Ashmolean Shop and upon presentation of a valid Membership Card
  • Shop purchases must be made at the Museum, in-store in person.
  • Free gifts are only available for collection and cannot be posted
  • The free gift and its contents have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Free Prosecco at the Rooftop Restaurant

  • The offer is valid between 6–12 November 2023, during Restaurant opening times.
  • One free glass of Prosecco, or 125ml house wine or elderflower fizz, available per person. This offer is available when purchasing a 2- or 3-course meal for up to six people, dining at one time, with at least one Ashmolean Member present (with a valid Membership card).
  • This offer has no cash value.
