Curator of the Last Supper in Pompeii exhibition, Dr Paul Roberts, joins Chef Director of the restaurant 'Dinner by Heston Blumenthal', Ashley Palmer-Watts, as he takes us through the steps to make carbonised bread inspired by the Ashmolean's 2019 exhibition 'Last Supper in Pompeii'.
